Even better Shane O' Donnell, Peter Duggan and Patrick Kelly our three victorious past pupils spoke to us about the importance of practising our hurling skills and working hard in school. Fraction Fun!

We went on a maths trail last Friday. First we had some target practice using bean bags and cones. We collected our scores after 2, 4, and 8 throws and recorded them.When we finished we drew our results using chalk onto the yard.

Guided Reading

We started our first lesson of guided reading today. Guided reading is a strategy which aids pupils become better readers. Children are broken into groups and given instruction plus support by teacher. Reading material is to be taken home and reread. More information will be sent out later in the week.
